What to expect when having your car ceramic coated by us
A free initial consultation
Every vehicle is different, and so is every owner’s goal.
We strongly encourage all clients to book a free consultation with us before moving forward with our ceramic coating service. This can be scheduled at our studio, or we’re happy to come to you at a location that’s convenient
During the initial consultation. We’ll assess:
Your vehicle’s paint condition
Existing swirl marks, scratches, or imperfections
Thickness of your clear coat
The assessments will tell us how intensive we can go in the paint correction stage.
We’ll also discuss
Your expectations for gloss and protection
How you use and keep your vehicle (daily driver, weekend car, show car, etc.)
Level of maintenance/commitment required after ceramic coating
This allows us to recommend the right ceramic coating package and products. While we generally follow our existing ceramic coating packages as our SOP, each package can be tailored to suit each client.
Our goal is for you to leave the consultation with zero guesswork so you can make an informed decision. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of the results, the maintenance required, and a final quote.

While our initial inspection is usually very accurate, sometimes things are different than what was anticipated once we get your vehicle decontaminated. Paint can hide secrets under layers of old wax or certain lighting conditions. For example, we might discover
Previous re-spray non-factory paints can be extremely unpredictable when being polished
Deeper oxidation or scratches that requires more intensive correction than first thought.
Very soft paint some paints are much softer than first thought, which requires a more dedicated and time-consuming approach to achieve a flawless finish
If we find that your car’s condition differs significantly from our initial assessment, we will always communicate with you first. This usually won’t result in additional fees. However, should a modest fee increase be necessary, we will always seek your approval before proceeding with the work

Once you’ve had a chance to admire the finish, we will talk you over the maintenance and warranty in more detail. We want you to leave with total confidence, so we’ll cover:
